Payroll compliance software for Pakistan
Payroll compliance in Pakistan means getting four things right every month: FBR salary tax under Section 149, EOBI contributions on the notified wage base, provincial social security such as PESSI or SESSI where it applies, and provident fund or other deductions your policy promises. StreamHCM keeps those rules inside the pay run, so each payslip shows the deduction and the payroll record keeps the history you need when a certificate, statement or inspection comes up.

FBR salary tax, EOBI, provincial social security and provident fund in the same pay run.
What stays inside the pay run
Statutory rules already supported in StreamHCM payroll, applied on the same employee record as the payslip.
FBR salary tax that follows the law's method
Tax is deducted at the time of payment on a projection of the year's salary, adjusted for tax already withheld. StreamHCM applies the current FBR slabs in every run and updates them when rates change. Read the salary tax certificate guide and use the salary tax calculator.
EOBI on the right base
Employee 1% and employer 5% are calculated on the wage base inside payroll. The rates and the current base are written up in the EOBI contribution guide, and one month can be checked in the EOBI calculator.
Provident fund, loans and final settlement
Employer and employee provident fund, loan EMIs and salary advances are deducted in the same run, and final settlement uses the same record. See provident fund in Pakistan and the final settlement guide.
Records you can show
Payroll is locked at finalization, every change is kept in history, and reports are exportable for an auditor or inspector. The module page is payroll management, and the payslip lines are in the salary slip format. Monthly compliance checklist
Attendance and overtime closed
Close attendance for the month. Overtime is calculated from that attendance before the run.
Salary changes and bonuses entered
Enter increments and bonuses before the pay run so the tax projection uses them.
FBR tax re-projected
Re-project salary tax for anyone whose salary changed. StreamHCM applies the current slabs in the run.
EOBI on the current wage base
Employee 1% and employer 5% are calculated on the wage base, not on gross pay.
PESSI or SESSI for covered staff
Apply provincial social security where the establishment is covered.
Provident fund and loans checked
Employer and employee provident fund, loan EMIs and salary advances deduct in the same run.
Payroll locked and payslips issued
Finalization locks the run. Itemized digital payslips are generated from that record.
Tax deposited and CPR recorded
Deposit the deducted tax and keep the Computerized Payment Receipt with the month.
Quarterly statement on the calendar
Section 165 statements are due by 20 April, 20 July, 20 October and 20 January.
